Bayern star Kane wins Europe's Golden Shoe award

Bayern Munich star Harry Kane has won the Golden Shoe award for the top scorer in Europe for the 2025-26 season, the Bundesliga champions said in a statement on Monday.

It's the second time Kane wins the award after his success in 2024. He joins an exclusive list of players who have won the Golden Shoe twice - only Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo have achieved it more times.

The England captain scored 36 goals in the Bundesliga, the same number that earned him the award two years ago.

The presentation of the trophy will take place at the Bayern Museum in the Allianz Arena on Augsut 19.

Kane is also one of the leading contenders to win FIFA's best men's player award.
