German police on Sunday raided homes in the Munich region targeting 14 men aged between 17 and 78 in connection with child pornography.
Some 35 officers raided 14 homes, 13 in the urban area and one in the surrounding area, on the basis of a court warrant. There were no noteworthy incidents, they said.
The men are accused of possessing child pornography and in some cases of distributing it. They are not thought to be linked to each other.
A number of mobile phones, computers and electronic storage devices were seized for examination. Two of the men had their identities checked and another was summoned.
The raid was coordinated by the Bavarian anti-pornography cybercrime headquarters based in Bamberg.
